With more hours of battery use, battery efficiency decreases. The expected lifetime is normally 2 years. In this case, the life of the battery seems to have come to an end. Please contact the Genoray headquarter for replacement. 

※ Use only the supplied AC/DC charger (28V, 1.07A). Using another charger could lead to problems. When sending the used battery pack back to us, please send us the charger as well.

: Open the battery cover and re-connect to battery connector again.

Cold Environment (under 10℃)
: In case the temperature is below 10℃, there is a possiblity that the device malfunctions due to temporal battery efficieny. Please keep the device in a warm place for over 1 hour and test it again

Exposure switch release then X-ray standard exposure time.

Exposure switch should be pressed until end of beep.

Either exposure switch (hand switch) keep pressing or exposure switch (hand switch) press during displaying stanby icon, Alarm 8 usually displayed. Check the exposure switch.
The device is normally opertated well during X-ray exposure without any error code display, either intra oral sensor and related software might caused this problem. please contact the person in charge of.
(Too light) increase exposure time setting SEC ↑, (Too dark) Decrease exposure time setting SEC ↓
